The renter and additional drivers must be over 25 years old and have held a type B driving license for at least 5 years.

Additional drivers must meet the same minimum age and driving license seniority requirements as those required for the tenant holding the contract.

The motorhome can only be removed by the lessee holding the contract.

It will be mandatory to present the identification documentation of the renter, the possible drivers and the rest of the passengers at least 48 hours before the start of the rental. The lessor may request additional documentation if he considers it necessary to validate the contract.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Traveling with pets is not allowed.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a penalty equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount.

To confirm the reservation, it will be essential to pay 30% of the total rental amount by bank transfer, Bizum or in cash.

Before collecting the vehicle, the remaining rental amount must be paid, as well as the deposit corresponding to the rented vehicle.

The deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 48 hours after the end of the rental, once the correct condition of the vehicle has been verified. If defects are detected, the return will be conditional on the assessment of the damages.

The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the vehicle.

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the rental start date: penalty of 50% of the reservation amount.

Cancellations made between 29 and 16 days before the rental start date: penalty of 80% of the reservation amount.

Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

The motorhomes are delivered completely clean and sanitized, both inside and outside, and must be returned in the same condition.

Likewise, the vehicle must be delivered with empty wastewater tanks.

In case of non-compliance with these conditions, a cleaning fee of €100 will be applied.

The driver will be responsible for paying any fine, penalty or liability arising from non-compliance with traffic regulations imposed during the rental period, even if its notification or management occurs after the end of the rental period.

The vehicle must be used exclusively for ordinary use and in accordance with its purpose, and it is expressly prohibited to transport more people than permitted, participate in contests or competitions, transport goods, push or tow other vehicles, transfer the use of the vehicle to third parties or drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that affect driving ability.

The motorhome has third party insurance.

The insurance covers liability to third parties, as well as cases of theft and fire, in accordance with the conditions of the policy signed.

Damage caused to the vehicle will be covered by the deposit deposited. If the amount of damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant must pay the corresponding difference.

The vehicle is authorized for circulation only in the following countries: Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Finland, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

The lessee will be responsible for breakage, loss or deterioration of any accessory or equipment included in the vehicle, as well as any additional contracted equipment.

The loss of the vehicle keys during the rental period will imply payment by the lessee of the cost of replacement, travel and assistance necessary for their replacement.

In the event of breakage, damage or breakdown detected during the rental period, the driver must notify it within a maximum period of 12 hours from its detection.

Failure to communicate within this period may affect the delivery of the vehicle to the next customer. In that case, the lessor may claim the amount equivalent to one additional day's rental as damage caused.

The cost of fuel will be borne by the lessee.

The motorhome must be returned with a full fuel tank, in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

The expenses derived from ordinary maintenance of the vehicle, including periodic inspections and oil changes, will be assumed by the lessor.

Any repair that may be necessary during the rental period must be previously authorized by the landlord.

The delivery and return of the motorhome will take place at the previously agreed place, date and time.

Early return of the vehicle with respect to the date provided for in the contract will not give rise to any refund.

Failure of the tenant to appear at the place and time agreed upon for the start of the rental will result in the unilateral termination of the contract for reasons attributable to the tenant, with a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

In this case, the lessor may freely dispose of the vehicle without the right to any compensation from the client.

Any extension of the rental period must be communicated at least three days in advance and will be subject to the availability of the vehicle.

If the extension is authorized, the lessee must previously pay the amount corresponding to the additional period, which cannot be offset against the deposit deposited.

Delays in returning the vehicle that are not previously authorized may result in a penalty of €50 per hour, up to a maximum equivalent to three times the contracted daily amount.

If, due to reasons beyond the control of the lessor, such as a breakdown, accident or force majeure, it is not possible to deliver the vehicle on the agreed date, the lessee will only have the right to a refund of the amount paid for the reservation, without the right to additional compensation.
