Driver

Over 25 years old and with at least 2 years' experience of the B permit.

Booking

Confirmation requires payment of 30% of the total rental amount.

Delivery and return

The return must be made on the agreed date and time, before 8:00 p.m.

Cleaning

The vehicle must be returned clean, with empty tanks and full fuel.

Driver requirements

  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • Minimum 2 years of class B driving license.
  • Only people authorized in the contract may drive.
  • Before delivery, the necessary identification documentation may be requested.

Reservation and payment

  • The reservation is confirmed with the payment of 30% of the total amount.
  • The rest of the rent is paid before or at the time of collection.
  • Cancellation more than 30 days: retention of 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 16 days: 80% retention.
  • Cancellation less than 15/16 days: 100% retention.

Entrega y devolución

  • Delivery and return are made at the agreed place, date and time.
  • The return must be made before 8:00 p.m.
  • Delay in return may generate financial penalty.
  • In case of specific delay, a penalty of €50 per hour is contemplated.
  • There is no automatic extension of the contract.

Insurance and liability

  • The vehicle has mandatory civil liability insurance.
  • Includes theft and fire coverage according to current policy.
  • The lessee is liable up to the limit of the deductible for his own damages.
  • It will be mandatory to report accidents or incidents immediately.
  • When a third party intervenes, the friendly part must be completed.

Permitted use and prohibitions

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Traveling with pets is not allowed.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or incompatible medications is prohibited.
  • Driving on roads with a height limit of less than 3.20 m is not permitted.
  • It is prohibited to transfer the vehicle to third parties or use it for commercial purposes.

Bail

  • The deposit is delivered when the vehicle is collected.
  • It is returned within a maximum period of 48 hours after review.
  • Damage, cleaning, delays, fuel or lost equipment may be deducted.
  • If the damages exceed the deposit, the tenant must pay the difference.

Cleaning and fuel

  • It must be returned clean inside.
  • With a full fuel tank.
  • With gray water and empty chemical toilets.
  • The penalty for non-compliance cleaning is €100.
  • Incorrect refueling carries a minimum penalty of €750.

Fines and sanctions

  • The lessee assumes fines, tolls, fees and penalties for the rental period.
  • This responsibility continues even if the notification arrives later.
  • Administrative management expenses may also be charged.

Territorial scope

  • Circulation is limited to countries authorized in the contract.
  • If you are traveling abroad, you must communicate at least one week in advance.
  • It is not allowed to circulate in areas or countries not covered by the policy.

Rental FAQs

What minimum age do I need to rent a motorhome?
You must be at least 25 years old and have held a class B driving license for at least 2 years.
What amount do I have to pay to confirm the reservation?
To formalize the reservation, 30% of the total rental amount is paid.
What happens if I cancel the reservation?
Cancellation entails partial or total retention of the signal depending on how far in advance it is communicated.
Is the motorhome returned with a full tank?
Yes. It must be returned with a full fuel tank and in the same delivery conditions.
Should gray water and chemical toilets be emptied?
Yes. The vehicle must be returned with empty wastewater tanks.
What happens if I return it late?
Delay in return may generate a penalty of €50 for each hour of delay.
Is traveling with pets allowed?
No. According to the conditions of the contract, it is not allowed to travel with pets in the vehicle.
Can you smoke inside the motorhome?
No. Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the vehicle.
What does the insurance cover?
The vehicle has mandatory civil liability insurance and theft and fire coverage according to the contracted policy.
When is the deposit returned?
The deposit is returned within a maximum period of 48 hours from the return of the vehicle, once its condition has been reviewed.
Can I travel outside of Spain?
Yes, always within the countries authorized in the contract and communicating it in advance if applicable.
What do I do if there is an accident or incident?
You must notify the landlord immediately. If a third party intervenes, it will be mandatory to complete the friendly part.
